Please Note:
The Palm Harbor Community is the upper quadrant, I-95 on the left and at the bottom is St. Joe Grade, a.k.a. Palm
Coast Parkway. It includes Sections: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, 16.
The other side of I-95 are the Indian Trails Community and the Matanzas Community. They include Sections:
11, 12, 13, 17, 35, 37.
As referenced in the Florida Public Offering Statement filed by ITT Community Development Corporation, Designated As
PALM COAST Sections 1 through 19 Effective Date: July 30, 1971, Sections 18 and Sections 19 are below St. Joe Grade
( Palm Coast Parkway West ) and encompasses just a small amount of the area there within the Pine Lakes Community.
Belle Terre Middle School, a.k.a. Buddy Taylor Middle School and the Belle Terre Swim and Racquet Club is in Section
25 within the Belle Terre Community, not referenced in the Florida Public Offering Statement.
