This Packet Folder was given to all the, Visitors, the Prospective Buyers or Retirees. It held the Homes for Contemporary
Living Models being offered. It included a 'handout' insert of the current Model Price Lists as referenced above. Then
the people could go into the large A/V Room for the A/V Presentations; later taking the other 'Tours' if they were interested
in purchasin. Great Business Acumen; a well-oiled machine to sell property.
